Saracen Bikes 2011 - Ariel, Myst, Zen, Tufftrax
Saracen returns! Once a great name, then rather ruined by national catalogue chains, UK distributor Madison has purchased the rights to the the brand and started from scratch to revive it once again! That was 2010 model year - now they build on that! Sister brand, Genesis is well worth checking too - steel hardtails, 'cross bikes and singlespeeds there!The Ariel trail bike was the one that caught our attention, Si bought one having tried our demo bike - stripping the complete bike to build with some favourite parts he had in the shed! For 2011, frame only becomes an option too - so that makes a custom build far easier!
Along similar lines, comes the new Saracen Myst downhill bike, at a touch over £2k, this offers great value to the UK privateer racer, watch out for a team on this bike too!
