The headbadge straight out of the machine

This was something we were strggling to produce inhouse but luckily an existing customer was able to help us out. The intital inspiration for the headbadge came from a pendant belonging to our late grandmother. Her initial was E and since Eighteen starts with an E it all slotted together!! The only problem being that we had is the E is only 11mm tall, nowhere near big enough to use as a headbadge. So with a bit of jiggery-pockery, some computer magic, a 3-D printer and a few different versions, our headbadge was born!

There are a few options with this headbadge:
-it can be left raw as it came out of the machine
-we can polish the face to a mirror finish
-we can fill the gap with a coloured resin to match or contrast the frame colour and polish the face
