Royal Mail strike action and delays

**UPDATE 13th December - additional Dec strike dates**

Royal Mail have publicised dates when strike action is planned, which will have an effect on delivery times around these dates;

- Wednesday 14th December

- Thursday 15th December

- Friday 23rd December

- Saturday 24th December

As standard we send smaller orders (think jiffy bag sized) with Royal Mail on a 1st class service.  Larger items (think boxed items, frames, forks, wheels) are sent with DPD Local.

If ordering from our website or over the phone around these dates, please be aware that your order may take longer than normal to arrive.

For any urgent orders, please phone or email us to discuss before ordering - if it's early enough in the day we can almost certainly send with DPD Local on a next-day service.  There may be an additional cost for this, depending on the item ordered.

LAST ORDERS - Royal Mail are recommending a last post date of Friday 16th for 1st class post and parcels.  We'd suggest getting orders in before then, or contactin us to arrange DPD delivery if you need your order to arrive before Christmas.
