Shipping & returns

All UK orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or DPD Local, depending on package size.  Orders over £25 ship for free, otherwise postage is £5.  Some items such as aerosols incur additional charges as they have to be sent via courier (DPD Local)

 

Royal Mail

Orders up to Large Letter size are sent with Royal Mail on a 1st Class service.  This is a non-tracked service.

1st Class mail is usually next day, but sometimes as long as 3 days.

This service does not require you to be in, assuming you have standard letter box for delivery.

We dispatch Royal Mail items at 4pm on weekdays, 11am on Saturdays (where possible) . Please order before these times for same-day dispatch.

 

 

DPD Local

 

Orders above Large Letter size are sent with DPD Local on their next-day service.  This is a tracked service.

DPD Local deliveries require a signature, or you can specify a safe place for packages to be left at your own risk.

DPD Local dispatch time varies, depending on the driver's run that day.  It is typically 1pm, but often sooner or later than this.  We will always aim to dispatch the same day where possible, but please order as early as possible to achieve same-day dispatch.

If you have a delivery preference or would like to discuss a delivery upgrade (such as Saturday delivery) then please contact us to discuss.  We'll do all we can to cater to particular requests!

 

Returns

Other than special order items, any web order can be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange.  Please contact us in the first instance and we can explain the process.

All returns postage costs are covered by you.  If you return an item to exchange for another colour/size, then we'll not charge postage to send out the replacement item.

Include a cover note when returning items.  We will aim to process all returns within 3 working days.

 

Warranty Returns

If you have a problem with any item purchased from us, then please contact us in the first instance.  Warranty periods vary from brand to brand, but we'll do all we can to help out.  Depending on the issue, we will likely need to see the item back before processing a warranty.
