Forbidden launches the Reya!

A Forbidden without a high pivot and idler? Whatever next?!

Today sees the launch of the new Forbidden Reya - a short travel trail 29er that features everything you'd expect from Forbidden, other than the high-pivot suspension design that they're know for. Proportional geometry, proper pivots, neat and tidy cable routing - along with some lovely paint finishes.

With 120mm of rear travel matched to a 130mm fork, Forbidden concluded that axle path wasn't quite as vital on a shorter travel bike - so the Reya sports a more conventional pivot setup to keep things a little simpler and lighter.
Complete builds kick off at £6100, topping out at £10k on the nose - or there's a frame only option at £3200
UK stock is on the way, with deliveries due from April onwards, depending on model/size. Please get in touch if you'd like us to check timing on a specific model.
